30﹒Application of Sodium Hyaluronate in Surgery

Two kinds of preparations of sodium hyaluronate（SH）made in Shandong C ． P ． Freda Pharmaceuticals Co ﹒，Ltd ﹒，SOFAST  and SHPKE 。Have been used in surgery ． Four clinical studies of both preparations for the treatment of joint disorder and lumbar intervertebral disc herniatio，adhesion prevention were reviewed respectively in this article ．.In which SH plus tolmetin（SH‐tolmetin）or SH were injected articularly ． The results showed that progressive reductions in the mean scores of activities of daily living and pain were significant in both groups。
