大脑大静脉又称Galen静脉，由双侧大脑内静脉集合而成，收集引流双侧大脑半球深部结构、脑室脉络丛及间脑的静脉血，回流入直窦。大脑大静脉畸形（ malformation of vein of Galen ）又称为大脑大静脉动脉瘤样畸形（ vein of Galen aneurismal malformation ， VGAM ） 、大脑大静脉瘘（ A - V shunt of vein of Galen ）及大脑大静脉瘤（ aneurysm of vein of Galen ） 。1978年Clarises ......
