这是一组能产生软骨样基质（chondroidmatrix）的肿瘤，其生物学特性涵盖了从完全良性的病变到高度致死性的肿瘤。外周性软骨肉瘤（peripheralchondrosarcoma）、去分化软骨肉瘤（dediferentiatedchondrosarcoma）、间叶性软骨肉瘤（mesenchymalchondrosarcoma）、透明细胞软骨肉瘤（clearcelchondrosarcoma）。软骨肉瘤仅发生于成年后，本节不作赘述。 ......
