侵入眼眶的第三位恶性肿瘤是鼻窦肉瘤（sarcoma of the paranasal sinus），其发病率依次为纤维肉瘤、骨肉瘤、软骨肉瘤和横纹肌肉瘤。鼻窦纤维肉瘤（fibrosarcoma of the paranasal sinus）和鼻窦骨肉瘤（osteosarcoma of the paranasal sinus）造成鼻窦广泛受累，引起鼻窦壁和眼眶壁骨质广泛破坏，并有部分骨质增生，眼眶组织也受到严重破坏，引起眼突、眼球活动受限，眼球移位，视力下降，甚至失明。 ......
