Patients with AMA‐negative PBC refers to those who lack AMA but whose clinical presentation，liver histology。And natural history are nearly identical to patients with typical AMA‐positive PBC . Nearly all of these patients have antinuclear and／or anti‐smooth muscle antibodies .And only then will the clini‐cal significance of these overlapping features become realized .
