选择性去甲肾上腺素再摄取抑制剂（selective norepineph rine reuptake inhibitors，NRIs）的代表药物是瑞波西汀（rebox etine），其阻断NE的再摄取，增加NE的含量，从而起到抗抑郁的作用。
