第一章 药品不良反应

WHO国际药物监测合作中心的定义为：A reaction which is noxious and unintended，and which occurs at doses nor mally used in man for the prophylaxis，diagnosis，or therapy of dis ease，or for the modification of physiological f unction ﹒.在我国《药品不良反应报告和监测管理办法》中将ADR定义为：药品不良反应是指合格药品在正常用法用量下出现的与用药目的无关的有害反应。其目的主要是为了尽早发现各种类型的不良反应，研究药物不良反应的因果关系和诱发因素，使药品监督管理部门及时了解有关不良反应的情况，并采取必要的预防措施，以保障人民用药安全，维护人民身体健康。
