[治疗]丁苯那嗪，丁苯喹嗪Tetrabenazine

丁苯那嗪在产科临床曾用于治疗妊娠期舞蹈病，但仅有一例报道［ 1 ］，患者于妊娠中期开始应用本品，分娩后检查新生儿，发现存在小的室间隔缺损，与用药无关。本品具多巴胺阻滞作用，故能控制亨廷顿氏舞蹈病（Huntington ’ s chorea）和其他运动功能亢进疾患的不自主运动。Chorea gravidarum associated with circulating lupus anticoagulant：Successful outcome of pregnancy with prednisone and aspirin therapy .
