47﹒The Pharmacokinetics and Bioavailability of Levofloxacin Hydrochloride Vehicled by Sodium Hyaluro

The pharmacokinetics and bioavailability of 0 ﹒ 3%levofloxacin ophthalmic solution vehi cled by sodium hyaluronate（HelenTM）was compared with the ordinary levofloxacin ophthal mic solution by topical application ﹒ New Zealand rabbits were divided into two groups：the test group and the control group ． The rabbits ’ bilateral eyes of each group were topically applied 50 μ.Instillation of the test group were both significantly higher than those of the control group ﹒ Compared with the ordinary levofloxacin hydrochloride ophthalmic solution。
