肝豆状核变性（ hepatolenticular degeneration ， HLD ）由Wilson在1912年首先描述，故又称为Wilson病（ Wilson disease ， WD ） ，是一种以铜代谢障碍引起的肝细胞损害和基底节损害为主的脑退行性变，以及角膜边缘铜盐沉着环（ Kayser-Fleischerring 。本病的世界范围发病率为1 / 30 000 ～ 1 / 100 000 ，致病基因携带者约为1 / 90 。本病在我国较多见，好发于青少年，男性比女性稍多。ATP7B基因突变导致 ......
