[概述]二、Pilon骨折

目前，在国外的文献中，Pilon骨折是指累及胫骨远端关节面负重部分的骨折。当前常用的分型为R üedi‐Alg ōwer分型和AO／OTA分型。R üedi和Alg ōwer将Pilon骨折分为三型（图1‐8‐2‐.1）：Ⅰ型为累及关节面的无移位的裂缝骨折。型为累及干骺端和关节面的粉碎性骨折。引自:R üedi TP, Alg ōwer M ﹒ The operativetreat ment of intra‐articular fractures of thelower end of thetibia ......
