癌在多形性腺瘤（carcinoma in pleomorphic adenoma）或称恶性混合瘤（malignant mixed tumor）从临床和病理的不同表现可以分为三种。即癌在多形性腺瘤中（carcino‐main pleomorphic adenoma）、癌肉瘤（carcinosarcoma）和转移性多形性腺瘤（metasta‐sizing pleomorphic adenoma）。我们认为“癌在多形性腺瘤”是病理描述性名词，从临床观点而言，称之为“多形性腺瘤恶性变”更能表达其特点。据Batsa ......
