[治疗]□重组人干扰素γ（Recombinant Human Interferonγ）□

干扰素是细胞对病毒感染等生物诱生作用反应，而产生并分泌的一类天然生成的小蛋白分子，已经确定的干扰素有两大类（即Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型）。γ干扰素属于Ⅱ型干扰素，具有抗病毒、抑制肿瘤细胞增殖和提高机体免疫力的作用。 C 在小鼠实验中本品显示出对母鼠有毒性，引起子宫出血、生存力降低。有文献报道，本品可以降低乌拉坦造成的胎盘形态学上的损害。另有报道，怀孕小鼠每日给予5000 U，连续6日可引起母鼠和胎仔血液学毒性，流产率增加、胎仔体重下降，存活胎仔中观察到严重畸形，眼睛形成受到抑制、脑血肿。本品在孕妇中应用，尚无有关文献报道。 ［1］Vassiliadis S，Ahtanassakis Ⅰ.Type Ⅱ interferon may be a potential hazardous therapeutic agent during pregnancy.
