目前精神药物主要包括抗精神病药（antipsychotics drugs）、抗抑郁药（antide pressants）、心境稳定剂（mood stabilizers）、抗焦虑药（anxiolyt ics）与镇静催眠药（sedatives and hypnotics）、中枢兴奋药（stim ulants）、促认知药（nootropic drugs）、抗帕金森病药。
